Experience the benefits and simplicity of eating raw. We'll focus on nutrient dense foods that nourish and delight! Discover just how easy it is to "ease into raw foods". Learn the difference between raw and live foods. We'll cover the basic philosophy and techniques used in a raw food kitchen. This is a demo and tasting class.

Bethanne is a certified raw food chef. She's followed a plant based diet for the past 39 years and raised four vegetarian children! She has taught vegan cooking classes in Howard County, and locally at Anne Arundel Community College, Renaissance Yoga, and Pilates Plus Studio. Bethanne is the founder of "Cooking-for-Peace": a project held under the care of Patapsco Friends Meeting that raises funds and awareness for charitable organizations through vegan cooking workshops.
